February kicks off with many of us feeling and sensing being “on the edge.” The Moon in stimulating Gemini gets us moving and thinking right from the get go! It’s important to remember that ALL planets are now moving forward. This means that for better or for worse, it’s GO time. What happens during the next several weeks through the end of April will deliver some of our most important initiations of the year.

It’s also important to keep in mind that both Saturn and Pluto will be hoovering in the critical transition degrees. These planets don’t make sign changes all that often. When they do, it’s BIG stuff. Even though February is a short month, there’s a lot of astrology in store as a result. New developments are getting ready to happen for all of us.

Mars, the action planet, will also continue to trek forward and gain faster momentum in the sign of Gemini. Continued curiosities and LOTS of balls in the air are surely happening. February also features a “lights, camera, action” Leo Full Moon and “dreamy, yet serious” Pisces New Moon. Important decisions are going to be made, alongside prompts to take new directions (which may feel uncomfortable at times). A sense of moving out of feeling stuck for so long finally comes over us. The caveat, however, is that some of the new directions calling may not be the ones we were looking for. Keep an open mind and let the universe guide you.

Lastly, I want to mention that as we close out February a building Venus + Jupiter conjunction (in Aries) will be getting ready to peak. Venus and Jupiter are the two greatest blessings and benefics of the zodiac. Despite new shifts of change on the horizon, these two will be encouraging us to go after entirely new things. Make sure to keep an open eye for what NEW things are looking to begin for you!
